Preface: by KG: (in incubation)

Guess who is happier?

KG requested that the plastic parts be colored black

Both face bows  are attached to the tubes soldered on to the the back of the retainers. The head and neck elastic straps are largely neutral. If he tightens them he runs the risk of shearing off the tubes.

Attention to the lower retainer and its intricacy.

Although it was arduous making the upper and lower BrBs for him it gave me great pleasure to to see KG's delight.  This was the first time I had made a BrB  which allowed the placement of a face bow, which, I reminded him must be placed on and removed very carefully to prevent the back tubes from being detached.  You can also see the side elastics that  make the LOOK-LIKE braces so realistic. Many of the individual brackes have hooks so that he can wear a variety of elastic configurations. The shell upon which the brackets are attached fit very well. Here you can see that even when he opens his mouth wide the shells remain connected to teeth.
Kids always ask me ask for colors. The bright touch of yellow was my idea.

Sorry a bit blurry.
