Dr. Ted Rothstein, Brooklyn Heights orthodontist, thanking Mayor
Michael Bloomberg for visiting B'nai Avraham synagogue on the
evening of October 4, 2007. Just minutes before the Mayor was
dancing with the congregation in the streets bearing in his arms
one of five torahs brought from the ark in the synagogue to the
street to celebrate the holiday of *Simchas Torah.
In a generous act showing solidarity with the Jewish
community in Brooklyn Heights on the evening of the holiday of
Simchas Torah the Mayor came to Brooklyn Heights.
The community was still reeling from a hate crime that had
been committed earlier that week and the Mayor's presence was
just the balm to help soothe the community's shock caused by the
incident
THANK YOU MAYOR BLOOMBERG FOR THE COMFORT OF YOUR
PRESENCE...YOU GOT MY VOTE FOR PRESIDENT...DR. TED :-)
