Let the gadgets begin. We realize that you might be uncomfortable and are not able to talk so we give you pencil and paper to enable you to communicate your pleasure or displeasure. |

| Gums are protected from the whitening agent which can be irritating with prolonged contact. | Eyes protected from stray blue light; saliva suction device in place; lip retractor and cotton rolls in place so that activator light can reach back as far as possible. |

| Every 15 minutes for one hour the teeth are repainted with fresh whitening agent. |
